There no number to call. Everything is done through tickets. Use the orange text bubble on the bottom right and type in customer service agent. Should let you open a ticket. It's like a email. Send them all your info and tell them what you problem is.

Are you new to pm? Are calls and data working? Maybe try resetting network settings.
