I am in the US. Before leaving I paid for 15 days and the service was fine. On the 16th day I paid for another add on of 15 days. I can text but can't call to Canada. I have powered my phone off and on and have toggled the airplane mode on and off.

Usually need to wait 24 hours after the first one expired to buy the same one a 2nd time
look like you need PM to fix it on the system
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
