how do I change payment method?

did you get error when try to change the payment card?

wait an hour before trying again as the account could have fraud locked after 2 or 3 attempts, an hour wait is needed for the fraud lock to release

you can only change the credit card info

go to My Account, go to Payment page, Manage subscription and click Manage Payment Method to update the card info

But if you want to turn off Autopay, just go to My Account, go to Payment page and click  Manage subscription and disable Subscribed.

And if you just want to pay by voucher, just login My Account and pay there or use *611

Just know that you can only use credit cards and Visa debit (some say MC debit) to pay here.

You can use debit to purchase Public Mobile payment vouchers available at many drugstore or gas stations, if you don't have any of the above.

Saying the above, I get that you're probably just likely looking to update your credit card details, in which case @Handy1 got you covered with the steps to get there.

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
