hi. not sure if this is the right portal. i bought a used phone from PM a month ago and now the battery won't hold a charge. who to i contact about the warranty?

Hopefully for your sake it is just under the month of it is right on the month or a day later connect with a CSA to see if it can still be returned under the circumstances, otherwise you will have to do the warranty protocol

If it is less then a month, you are eligible for phone return. Otherwise it is warranty repair.
