I had several months ago lost my bag with my laptop and cell phone. I lost access to my account on Public mobile and email. I am now stuck between 2 double authentication. I need to get my old number back.

I tried for a long time to get my number/account back. Between the chat bot and absolute lack of a number to call to get a hold of someone to fix this. The dumb system keeps sending the confirmation to an old number a dead number. Now i can't log into my main email to do something to my taxes.
I had simply made a new account and went back to work. I couldn't not have a number for any longer, but I never got access to my main email back.

WHY did you wait 'several months' to report missing phone? VERY suspicious...
You have to gain access to your email in order to receive 2FA and access your PM account. If you have no phone nor computer go to nearest library and log in to PM there. If you did NOT have autopay set up after 90 days your account is deleted, number lost.

so, you have no phone for couple months? have you been paying PM service? if the account has not been paid for over 90 days, then there is a chance the account is closed. You can call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone and check the account status
to get help to log back into My Account, PM can help
