my son's service does not work.  we are unable to log into his account.  he is on auto-pay so  there shouldn't be a problem with payment.  how to i reach an agent that can help me restore my son's service? thanks.
i am on the basic plan.  if i use up my basic monthly 100 minutes canada-wide talk, will the 500 one time int'l LD bonus minutes we got in december kick in or do i need to buy more canada-wide talk minutes? thanks. bruce
