I add on USA rooming fotr15 days yesterday but there is no service in USA or data
I pay 30 $ plus tax for 10 dyes talk and SMS and 3GB data
i need to fix this problem today

I'm not certain if you'll get a refund but you can ask. Just click on the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to your request. Good luck.
added...maybe request credit to your account rather than actual refund.

I do not have volte cell so what is the solution ?
what about the data 3 GB ? I did not get it in USA ??

Which network carrier are you on right now? Try to switch manually to another US partner. You can choose between T mobile. AT&T and Verizon.
Other options include rebooting phone, network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi passwords). Make sure airplane mode is turned off.
Having a VoLTE compatible phone is important for voice calling, but your text and data should work.

make sure to enable Roaming in settings to use data in US. For talk...you MUST have a cell that is VoLTE enabled..otherwise talk features fail in US.
