I add on USA rooming fotr15 days yesterday but there is no service in USA or data I pay 30 $ plus tax for 10 dyes talk and SMS and 3GB datai need to fix this problem today thanks

If I did not get data and SMS and talk in USA so I need refunded my money back 30 $ plus tax??

I do not have volte cell so what is the solution ?what about the data 3 GB ? I did not get it in USA ??
