Urgent unable to receive or make calls

I am setup for autopay it says balance due but when I try to pay on the phone or through my public account the payment doesn’t go through says unable to process payment kindly activate my account asap  I even tried with a different card and i have no other phone available it’s very urgent

Did you try via the PM app also?  Or website?

The website is finicky. You can clear cache first, incognito mode or try a different web browser.  Sometimes if you try too many times with one credit card, the account gets locked for 24 hours. 

If you need service right away, you could purchase a payment voucher either in store (shoppers, Shell gas station, London drugs, etc.) and load up via self service account or 611 on your phone.  You could also purchase a voucher online via muskbird.com but there is a service fee.
