I added $ 8 dollar for US roaming but i did not work. It has 10 days expiry but I am not going to use it. I think they will charge me.
How can I remove add on US roaming which i never use?
thank you
Log into My Account...do you see $8 sitting in Available Funds ? If so, just leave it and it'll be applied to your next regular plan renewal.
If you actually bought the add-on in err, you likely not gonna get a refund as the mistake was yours.

Generally, there are no refunds with prepaid service like Public Mobile. If you bought the add on, you were already charged..... it is a prepaid service.
Which specific roaming package did you purchase? Do you see the roaming add on in your overview page under the Add on section? Buying an add on is a 2 step process: need to load up funds, then purchase the specific add on. Did you do the 2 steps?

Add-ons don't need to be removed. If you're not going to use it, the roaming add-on will fall off after 10 days. It won't auto renew. Could a long distance add-on been purchased in error?

@ntamang1 You need to submit a ticket to PM and ask for a credit.
To submit a ticket to Public Mobile do the following:
