@Lester : You can only buy other named data buckets while one is still active. Say you got the bundle with 250MB. Then you use all the data before 10 days. You could buy the 1gb bucket. Or any other. Then you would have data again. Keep track of overlapping times. It's 240 hours exactly. But there's a goofy delay in buying the same one immediately after expiry.
Don't double up on talk add-ons. But for that, at the expiry time, you can buy the other bundle or the individual parts. Don't double up.

@Lester Load enough fund into the account first, then open ticket with PM Support and have them to use the fund on the account to buy new roaming package. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

My U.S. package is active within the last 10 days. How can i contact a PM CS agent? It would appear I have purchased the add ons already and thus they are USED UP.

Try clearing cache and cookies, and opening an incognito tab.
Failing that, try a completely different browser from a completely different device.
They should display and you should be able to consider and purchase one.

HI @Lester did you buy a US data roaming couple days ago? If so, is it still within 10 days? You cannot re-buy the same one within 10 days without the help of PM CS Agent
