@hairbag1 "PM recently created more confusion when they changed the name of Autopay to Subscribed." Very true, there was someone in another thread who "unsubscribed" thinking that would suspend service but they had money in their account so PM used that to renew the next cycle.

Stop paying your bill. Account will be deleted after 90 days.
OR transfer your number to another provider. Account is then deleted immediately.

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC or 611 and disable subscribe (AutoPay) but you will need your security PIN to do this or login to your account and disable Subscibe.
Or port out your number to another carrier.

Good question...did op mean he wants to leave PM altogether ? PM recently created more confusion when they changed the name of Autopay to Subscribed. If op wants to quit PM, he/she/it should let us know if that's the case.

just toggle the switch to Unsubscribe. Once you do that, you'll have to manually pay when it comes time for plan renewal. Use vouchers or you can dial 611 to pay with your registered credit card...but you need to know your PM pin number.
