If this your first step in complaining about this unwarranted price increase to your $10 plan then good on you! Please keep us apprised of your progress. If you would like to discuss strategy privately my private mailbox is always open. I cannot make any moves myself until I recieve the email myself. Hmmmm....I wonder if my big mouth has anything to do with that🤔? Lol....

@paprika - use the link @computergeek541 to contact CSA as it will be best to link your account to the ticket.
Only if you are having issues with that method, you can also contact them this way:

To open ticket with PM CS Agent, you can click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

It's very unlikely that a customer support agent will send you a private message unless you first initiate contact. To do so, you need to open a ticket to a CSA by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
