I do not see any plan incurring charge of $57.50. $50 plan will result in $56.50 including 13% tax???

Could somebody be a member of Public Mobile even though (s)he is not a PM account holder???
You should dispute charge with your credit card company. They will refund you money and investigate.
This is public forum where Public Member account holders exchange ideas, advises and try to help each other.
Moderators might, just might read your note but they will not intervene unless you contact them directly. In your case, as you do not have an PM account I doubt they can do anything unless they search for your email to see if anybody opened account with such email.

Hello @heritagesuites - you still there?
You may be unaware as you indicate you're not an account-holder, however you're not chatting with employees of Public Mobile here. You've posted your comment on a public forum.
If you feel you need to deal with Public Mobile Moderators (who are employees of Public Mobile), here's how you contact them:

That is weird. I would recommend checking other accounts and passwords connected to this credit card that got charged. And report this charge right away to your credit card company.
Not really a Public Mobile issue if you do not (or ever?) had an account.

Can you confirm the charge is POSTED to the card and post a screenshot of it?
Also, any chance it's a shared card with another authorized user / cardholder attached to the same card account?
If not, I would recommend immediately locking the card against further unauthorized use and contacting the card company.

Since you do not have an account with Public Mobile, you should be contacting a credit card issuer and filing a payment dispute. Also, please note that posting a message here does not mean that you are speaking to Public Mobile. The members here are customers.
