when activating my subscription, step 6 screen indicates "subscription not activated". When I try to resolve, I just get into the continuous loop of being asked to log in, even when I am logged in. When I log in again it just takes me back to the step 6 screen with the "subscription not activated" message. The charge for the subscription has hit my credit card so I know I've paid.

New Public Mobile customers cannot use a web browser to finish activating a new Public Mobile account.

OK. Sometimes the app can be buggy. If you are using an Android, go into the app settings and find the Public Mobile app. Then delete the cache, then delete the data. Then reboot the phone. Then try to log in again and see if that helps you continue. Sometimes there are cache issues with the website and app.

Question @Trudy2022 Are you using the app on your phone? This is how it's done. If you haven't yet done this, please download the app and log into the app, it will finish off the sub for you.
