So I tried transferring my wife's account over from koodo, but got an error 821 and that I need to contact a mod.
I also checked and my cc got charged
If a mod could reach out to me that would be wonderful

@bayard0 I took a guess it was prepaid.
That link I provided still would have helped you get connected to customer support for postpaid too😀 and get your port completed.

@bayard0 if you have a Koodo prepaid you need to contact support to help you with the port.

using account number is safer and less failure than IMEI
did PM took the money yet? If it did, you need to open ticket with PM support , provide them the account number and have them to sort it out

Is that Koodo prepaid or postpaid? Did you use the IMEI or the account number? Check your credit card for any charges.
