I would like to switch to the advertised $29 4G 20BG plan, but it doesn’t show up in my account. How can I find this option to switch? Thanks

thank you! I gave it a try but no dice, gonna have to switch to the company who is offering more for the promotional price that PM won't match eek

There is NO 4G plans available to existing customers. You can see only 3 and 5G plans through your account.

@clare061 The current 4G plans are for new customers only. You can try asking customer service to see if they will switch it but no guarantees. Try the chat/message icon bottom right of the page to contact them. If it gives you an error then send a private message using this link
