hi ev1 im having issues, the website will not accept my new address and me new bank card number any suggestions out there, ive tried everything thanks.

Got to keep on trying. Public Mobile is aware of the issue. They cannot help if you contact them. They will just tell you to do the same thing that we are telling you.

@grammabarn Best if you can try and wait 24 hours and try again incognito private mode . Or the app instead maybe even try a different device
also if you in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas and load them *611 to resume services right away
if you still have issues you can reach out to support to confirm
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

are you existing subscribers trying to update the credit card?
first try without updating the address on the Profile, just update the credit card ( on Subscription & Add-on page click Manage Subscription and Manage payment method), see if it works
If that does not work, may I know if your address has a suite number or a new street ?
