You may need to wait one hour before retrying. Also clear all your cache and cookies and try a different browser/incognito mode.

Response back from the moderators could take 2-48 hours.

If the reset password function does not work, you will need to contact moderator.

It can take 48 - 72 hours for a response from a moderator depending on workload.
