unable to complete my phone set up on the app

I tried to set up a new account last night. registered an account, paid the $45 on my visa. and was unable to complete my phone set-up through the app. the app kept cltiching and opened a blank page. I tried multiple times to reload and update the app with no luck.

 

in the meantime i lost my existing phone number. very frustrated

@annagraham - have you gotten this figured out? When you call 611 from your phone (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) does Public Mobile recognize you have an account?

but you started the activation on the browser? or you started using the app?

@annagraham  do you have a another phone you can use to try and download app and complete the activation . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help

please try to uinstall the app and reinstall and try again
