Unable to make and receive calls

Hello my name is Chris, it is Feb 24, 2025 at 10:34pm EST, I am unable to make and receive calls on my phone currently. All other services are working fine except incoming and outgoing calls. When I try to make an outgoing call it does not ring and drops. Please advise if there is an outage and troubleshooting steps, thank you

No I'm in north bay ontario, normally no issues like this ever for me, this is a rare occurrence for me. usually service is flawless except for occasional dropped call now and then

I did try to restart my phone and no luck, I have also tried a different phone and same result. thanks for the link for the outage map

Hi!   I have the same problem as you but incoming calls only ring a little bit before going to voicemail & outcalling Absolutely drops right away. I tried everything like rebooting, taking out the sim & .... but still doesn't work.  I just submitted a ticket . Are you in GTA?

did you try reboot your phone? or try your sim on another phone

what phone do you have?  PM has been realigning some 3G network band and I hope your phone not affected.  But if you have a phone from overseas, you might be impacted
