i pay my teenage sons cell phone bill. i can’t access his account to update the credit card info for autopay.
it’s so difficult to access anything not on your own personal cell with public mobile. it’s very frustrating what can i do?

best is to use a laptop, but first select incognito mode. Log in to his account / Payment...then look for Manage Payment Method > Update Card Information...

@ZachBrace is that a password reset the password? Did you try to reset the password from the login page there

@ZachBrace I find the desktop browser pretty reliable. I've seen posts here where there can be an issue with using a mobile browser. So try desktop browser like Chrome or Edge in incognito/in private browsing.

Clear cache and go incognito on your browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
There is a cache on the PM website.
