Can't login on mobile, desktop or the app I just downloaded. Just get errors. They ended up not wanting Public as others are same price without these issues. What is the technical problem lately?

Tried and worked a few days later. Phone system for her (the referee, lol, referred person) works now, now she only has a problem getting 2FA ( from anyone, eg. banks, gmail, ...) which seems very odd as all texts and data work well.

@uselessPhone - lemme guess, and you had to create a new Community ID/nickname too? You can get your old name back if you submit a ticket to CSA. As for logging into My Account and the app, make sure you sign up for your EverSafe credentials (new since May 2023).

@uselessPhone you should have ask your friends to join first. They can ask support to apply back the Friend referral code after. Also, PM is cheaper than others by at least 5% from the Public Points rewards
For your login, what error you got? did you ever able to login after the introduction of EverSafe?

Depending on time of day, public mobile does a lot of its routine maintenance during the early morning hours.
During these times, access to self-serve, and even the activation portal, can be sketchy.

@uselessPhone It can be a bit tough to navigate the site and app . But it’s always a good idea to do so incognito private mode . Making sure it’s a new browser window when trying to log in . But with new app it’s best to activate on it now and from the start to finish .
