Hi, I tried transferring esim from broken phone, now have another subscription. It seemed the only option after the instructions said log in and buy a new eSIM. I logged in on my home computer, not my "new" phone, because I had used a Google-generate...
Can't login on mobile, desktop or the app I just downloaded.  Just get errors. They ended up not wanting Public as others are same price without these issues. What is the technical problem lately?
