transfer number issue

I transfered my number to Public mobile but I'm not able to get calls or text messages.

Making calls and texting from my phone is working.

did you leave old sim in phone until you received text requesting consent to port AND you replied YES.

added..if so, check the little envelop icon on top right side of the page...I sent you a number you can call to get your port completed.
