My 2 sons are with public mobile.
Son #1 opened a new public account without telling us (the parents)
Son #2 would like to use son #1 sim card because that account has many discount (rewards)
while trying to transfer the phone number of son #2 into son #1 account, the online program does not let me do it.
Is there a way someone at public could help me transfer a phone number into an account?

Curious? How long has Son#1 been a customer such that they earned so many rewards?
Are they on the legacy rewards program, or the new Public Points program?
If Son#1 has so many rewards, just let Son#2 use their SIM (and number) and Son #2 will retain the rewards.
Perhaps the situation is more complicated than that ... don't know? Difficult to ascertain whether we're talking about minors or adults here and how much 'ownership' can be attributed to each account/service and whether you (the parents) have a right to intervene.
Not saying you don't - just sayin.

@lepageca6 sorry, you cannot transfer one account to another account within Public Mobile.
