texting and incoming calls not working

Hi, so texting (out going and incoming texts) do not work, and I cannot receive calls.
I signed up yesterday. I can make outgoing calls and data works.
I have connected to iTunes, I have reset my whole phone, I have done everything I was told to do.
What am I doing wrong? Anyone else having issues? How can I fix this?

Which plan are you using? If you're using $20 plan for unlimited talk only it means you cannot have any text messages.

if you ported a number i think you have a failed port. does your old sim still work? you need to contact the mods with your porting info.

How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time] from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
- Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
- There is no need to send multiple messages.
