I’m only getting incoming emails. Texts won’t send or receive. Can’t phone out either. New customer. But not for long. It’s been three days I’ve had this service and nothing.

Can you actually place/receive phone calls?
Can you log in and confirm what plan do you have?
Did you do number porting at the same time you subscribed with PM?
Email has nothing to do with Public Mobile...

What phone you got?
try Reboot phone first, and Reset Network Settings. Test the sim on another phone if possible
