I'm trying to switch form Public to a new service provider but I'm not getting texts from Public Mobile to my cell phone. 

I’m only getting incoming emails. Texts won’t send or receive. Can’t phone out either. New customer. But not for long. It’s been three days I’ve had this service and nothing.
