Service not working

my iMessages are not working for some reason they’re all texting in green. Some of them aren’t even delivering and many people have been screening me sending me photos that their messages aren’t sending either to me I’ve tried multiple different things to fix it, but I think it’s the public mobile platform that’s causing the issue. Does anyone know how I can fix this

reboot the phone, then try Reset network settings and try iMessage again

if still fails, now try remove phone number from Settings

For some reason, it won’t even let me remove the phone number

My phone number it says not used for sharing for some reason

Green on iMessage means they were sent as text or MMS or RCS

try to re-register iMessasge.  Go to Settings, removed the phone number.  Reboot phone and go back to Settings and manually add the number back.  it will re-register imessage and will fix it
