I tried to change for a cheaper plan using the website and searching in my account under the "Plans and option" tab whiling clicking on change the plan, i found a notice typed out basically saying their services for changing plans aren't available during these times. I need help.

I had lag that felt like it was timing out yesterday well helping a friend get set up. Any success just waiting it out?

I just changed my phone plan without any issues. I'm using Safari web browser. You can try it again now. You can try log out your account and open a new website window and log in again (Sometime it is stuck) I tried that and it worked.

@Brian2, I just went into my account and tried to change my plan and I did not encounter the same issue. Try using a different browser, clearing browser cache, incognito mode. The self serve portal can be buggy at times. These are strategies that often work.

Maybe the site was down for maintenance? Does anyone have a link for contacting a mod?
