Are their any moderators out there today? I can't get a hold of one and my phone has been off all day.

@Steven2112 To make phone calls while awaiting resolution try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi (or on cellular data).

Thanks, I sent a message around 1pm. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to quick customer service. Now I'll have to go without a phone for awhile until they get back to me.. hopefully tomorrow.

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

I am not sure why but it is one of the restrictions for a suspended account. You can only renew the existing plan. If you are really in need of service, you can just renew the existing and explain in your message to the moderator team that you needed to restart your service on an expedited basis and they should good with changing your plan and adjusting any cost differences.

Yes the account is suspended, I paid the amount for the new plan during the switch and it is still asking me for the old plan amount. It added the fun correctly but it wouldn't let me switch to the new plan.

@Steven2112, what are your circumstances for the plan change? Is the account suspended, thus requiring moderator team support? If not, try doing the change yourself. Even if the account is suspended, one option is to just get your service up and running and seek the change upon establishing moderator team contact as already suggested. Some customers have reported issues with using certain browsers. Safari was reported as a good one to use.

That would be OK if I was keeping the phone past the next month and wanted a left over credit. I'll continue to wait I guess.

Mods are around. If you messaged them they should respond.
Worst case renew with your current plan and ask them to modify it tomorrow to the plan you want.
