$29 plan

I'm on the 4g $30 20 gig plan and would like to take advantage of the deal of 5G speed 20 gigs for $29.  

Can I please move, the option is not in the app.

@Proplayer4444  It's standard practice in the industry to offer plans to new subscribers, it works the other way too.  Once you have signed up with a new carrier you're once again no longer a new subscriber and not eligible for certain plans.  On the plus side, with Public Mobile you don't get sudden increases in your payments, which does happen with some other carriers.

We should have laws against this.  Disgusting practice. If it's available to a new subscriber it needs to be available to me.

@Proplayer4444Public Mobile has a targeted plan approach now and the options they make available to each customer depends on what their current plan value is, so they make it super easy to upgrade to more expensive plans but not easy at all to downgrade, essentially, it's whatever we see through our apps.

What is the cheapest plan you see available to you to change?

@Proplayer4444   Unfortunately the only plans you can change to are those you see when logged in and selecting "change subscription".  We now all see different options and can't get those that don't appear in our accounts.
