my account is suspended, i paid my balance- my service turned on, then turned back off and is continuing to tell me it’s still suspended and that i need to pay again. i have the invoice they sent me after i paid the first time.

@Anika71 - when you say service turned on then turned back off, do you mean on your My Account status or the actual services on your phone?
If all your services are working and you see this message on your My Account this is normal to show during your plan renewal evening before and morning of.
But if you have no services working and it is past your renewal date can you choose the reactivate option?
If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, try

Hi @Anika71 did you pay by voucher or CC?
Just wait 15 mins, login to My Account again using Incognito mode to check the status again. Also reboot your phone and see if service resumed
