Incorrect Billing for Refer-A-Friend

I'm supposed to be receiving $1 off per billing cycle per friend referred, and it had been working for months. Now it's only giving me a dollar off, despite having 2 referrals, which should be $2. What's going on here?

@ELatina  - are you sure they are still in Active status with Public Mobile? That would be the first thing to check. Contact them and make sure they are not in nonpay status (currently suspended), or have ported their number out. 

If both are Active, then you can submit a ticket to CSA. But you need to show them proof they are active and will need to provide their full phone number and details you may know...or they will need to submit the ticket.

It's possible one of your referrals no longer has service or their account has gone into a suspension status.

 

If you know them well, ask them.

 

If they both say they're still active customers, then definitely contact the CSA
