Do you see that charge on your credit card or on your account?
If it is on account (available funds), leave it there for next renewal instead of asking for refund.
You can open a Ticket and ask Why you got charged twice.

@Dinh182 you have only one account? Is this the first time you are being charged twice.?
If truly posted to your credit card statement, use the orange chat symbol to open ticket directly with public mobile to review and adjust accordingly.
