Incorrect Billing for Refer-A-Friend

I'm supposed to be receiving $1 off per billing cycle per friend referred, and it had been working for months. Now it's only giving me a dollar off, despite having 2 referrals, which should be $2. What's going on here?

I've changed to a 30 day plan, and I've been with public mobile for 3 years now
