How do i get hold of a moderator or someone that can help with billing ?

On  May 4 of this year I tried to add us roaming $33.60  website wasn't showing purchase so I kept trying 10 times, and gave up ( a lot of people were having same problem at that time) . I later logged back on using a different browser and realized It had gone thru 10 times. I notified credit card company was informed they could not reverse the charges (this was 25min after charges )  was told they had to get Public Mobile permission to reverse 9 of the charges this is exactly what happened, I received the credit. Public Mobile on the other hand was showing me with a credit of $245 (approx)  and is taking my payment from this , I shouldn't have had a credit. I have tried but can't get a response from anyone I'm afraid when the finally figure It out they will kill my account and I will loose all my rewards. I just want to pay my bill, also I'm on  auto payment. If you cab help Thanks.

What exactly is the issue? You have the option to send a  message a CS Agent at the link below, but it could be something that can be helped with here.

Customer support agents are the only ones who can make adjustments to your billed amounts. Please use the chatbot to open a ticket.

if you can tell us what happened, maybe we can help.  And if you see 2 charges on CC, check if they are  pending
