i would like to know why my account has been suspended, also i am unable to renew my plan online how can i do that

You can not be on a 30 day plan if your next renewal is July 18th.
Please post a screen shot of your overview page, and your payment history for the last 90 days, hiding any personal information.
With this information, the community may have a resolution for you quickly.

The account would have likely been suspended if there were not enough funds in Available Funds, and AutoPay was not enabled. If AutoPay was enabled, then you should contact the mods; response time is between 1 to 48 hours.
What plan are you on?
When you log in to your self-serve account, how much is in Available Funds?
When is your renewal date?
When you say your account has been suspended, can you not make any calls/text or use datat?

How long has your acct been suspended ? After 89 days of suspension your acct is cancelled and you have to get a new sim and a new acct.
Otherwise you have to contact a moderator_team for assistance.
