Im trying to switch 2 of my public mobile accounts to the $55.00 student plan and it wont work.

Thank you for the answers and the advice you gave. I used it a lot on writing projects especially capstone project but when it disappeared untimely I had to use the service https://ca.edubirdie.com/capstone-project-writing-service until I was able to do everything myself. Now hopefully I won't be in a similar predicament and already know what can be done.

you cannot change in your Account, open ticket with PM support and ask them to change it for you

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

It is there. Try different browser or incognito mode.

I see the student plan there. Check again with Incognito mode, or clear cache and relaunch browser. It is there. and make sure you scroll down slowly to see the plan

it wont give me the option for the student plan. I talked to an administrator and they said I could change to stiudent plan anytime before my old plan expires but it doesnt give me the option of this plan.

@JOEYMAN What error you got? You see the plan there at all?
did you try to use Incognito mode or try with another browser?

Log in to your acct's using incognito mode.
Look for the arrow on right side of selection menu...
