So which is it...no sim? New sim? Or just no service? If no service then you have other payment options like vouchers and real time payments. Or if you know your 4 digit account pin.
Then that reactivates your account and then you can SMS all around to reset and login?

Hi @Deeschmizz maybe open ticket wirh CS Agent and let them help reset
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot logi ,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Its a vicious circle I'm fairly techy and I've tried every available option.

It doesn't look like you have active service or the sim in a phone?
Can your email be temporarily made to authorize somehow else?

The email connected to this account also requires 2fa which is the same phone number

You can change the password using SMS if you have the phone and the account sim. You can use the email option otherwise. Then yes the actual login now has 2FA which you would need active service for the SMS option - but also email.
