Hi,

 

Could someone help to check status of my account. 

I tried resetting password but not getting email code.

I had paused account 2 months ago.

@bajigar   are you trying to restart the account?

 

as @HALIMACS said, try *611 to check the status

or from a landline, try 1-855-4PUBLIC and then enter your phone number and it will tell you the status

dial 611 from your device and you will hear messaging about the account status.

Remove your personal data from public forum.

 

You should not reset password if you you KNOW it is correct one. But since you did, wait 20+ min and try again.

To log in again: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

When you get in, you will see your account status.
