i have an iphone and when some people call me they go straight to voicemail.
just ported my number yesterday from Rogers to public mobile.
Can anyone help

HI @Lex5454 if you were never able to receive inbound calls since joining PM, then is a stuck port trouble.
(you can also put your Rogers sim back to a phone, if you can make calls on Rogers, then YES, porting was not done)
I will send you a number, please call them and they can confirm if it is stuck port or not.

@Lex5454 If on and iPhone it could be an iOS issue , you can try to reset your network settings

Look like porting was NOT completed
A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
