Hello bought two public mobile sim cards last week and activated one yesterday on the $25 plan, however i put sim card into my phone and it wont detect in either sim card slots, says no sim card emergency calls only, so had another phone here and put sim card in it and i get same message so looks like i have a bad sim card, i was wondering how i would go about transferring everything from new account to second sim card i have without being charged all over again, any help would be appreciated, thanks

It's very unlikely the SIM card is "bad". It's more likely it was previously used can't be re-used. Where did you get them, @Iamloree ?
Try rebooting device, resetting network connections and toggling airplane mode on/off.
If that doesn't get the SIM card going, let the Customer Support Agents assess the account and perhaps they can get the account going.
Failing that, yes, you can change the SIM card to a new one in the account's self-serve site under your Profile tab.
But try the CSA's first - ask them to reprovision the account/SIM:
