sim card purchase transfer of same phone number

I ordered a sim care on Jul 22, 24 to be delivered to my address and it is paid for and I still have not received it.

I would also like to know what I have to do when I receive the public mobile sim card in order to keep the same phone number when I have a public mobile account.

If you live in a rural area it may take up to three weeks to arrive. You can change your sim number and keep your current phone number quite easily. Go to "My phone number" in your account and follow the steps to transfer your number from there
