How to deactivate old phone number

Still being billed for an old phone number no longer in use. Now I am being billed for both phone number after number transfer

@Nuhi if you still have access to your Public Mobile account, go into it through the app and toggle off the Subscribe option. Or you can call your bank and ask them to stop any further payments to Public Mobile or you can contact Public Mobile and ask them to remove your credit card from your account. 

If your number has been transferred to another carrier your Public Mobile account should have been closed. In this case contact Public Mobile and tell them you have been billed while your account should have been closed.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
