@Brenda46 it seems that your autopay may have failed and your phone may have been suspended. Removing and reinserting the SIM caused your credit card to be charged $15 + 13% applicable taxes. $16.95 and reactivated your service. Check to see if you received your $2 autopay credit. If you didn't contact the moderators and ask them to look into it and to credit it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
Welcome to PM .
Thanks @hairbag1 👍corrected.

Sim cards are $10 plus tax. Can you post a screen shot of your account masking any personal info ?

It sounds like you're on a $15 plan. To avoid being charged again, you need to disbale the autopay option in your account.

This sounds all very confusing.
Maybe post a screen snip of your payment history and we can help decipher what you're paying. Blank out personal info of course.
15*1.13=16.95
Edit: beat me to it

Are you sure it is a SIM card problem? Is it the monthly charge for $15 plan + taxes? If you want, please screenshot your payment history page. It would provide more useful information.
