Hello.
I have been a public mobile member for quite sometime but most recently i have reset my password and somewhere down the line the web-site thinks i am a new client. When I go to sign in the web page is asking me to register a plan and it wont take me to the typical login page. I need to be able to login and see my account.

is this happening after your sign in using your new credentials?

HI @Wes_5 PM has changed to EverSafe system since couple months ago. Some people got that error, it means system didn't migrate their account properly. You will need CS agent and help to sort it out
