I selected a number from the selection screen
Its now saying they noticed i have an active public mobile service, and its asking me to confirm my access with a verification code. Anyways this verification code is going to the new number i picked. I cant by-pass this step. I never had a PM account before... its my first time.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Pipe32 If you're getting to the code entry page, look for an option "Didn't Get the Code" and it should enable the email option. If you still can't log in, send a private message to customer support using this link
