Well then it seems there a localized problem as you have reports from other parts of Ontario without problems.

Only suggestion is to keep an eye on things until service is restored.

If you have wifi, consider using a voip app such as TextNow in order to make calls for free.

I tried all that. My account is active. I tried my sim in another phone. I messaged my brother in law he said he is down also and my niece.

Have you checked your account to make sure it's still shows as Active ?

When was the last time you could use it ?

you are not connecting at all?  just now or since this morning?  Voice , text, data all not working??

Try reboot your phone first.  

Try your sim in another phone

Login to My Account and check if your account is active

Try the phoe from another area if you can

Try restarting your phone, or removing the sim card and reinserting it...see if either of those help.
